9 tips for overcoming body image issues


My mission for 2019 is to inspire you to live your most creative and happiest life! I intend to share videos on my personal YouTube channel that cover a variety of areas that I’m passionate about: creativity, business, lifestyle and wellbeing.

To kick it all off, I’m starting by discussing a topic very close to my heart, and that is BODY IMAGE ISSUES.

I’ve struggled with my body image and self worth from the start of my teens and have had to work extremely hard to try and overcome both of these things. I’m now in my 30s, and thought that it would be great to share some of my tips with you, as well as snippets of my own body image issues and where they stem from.

I’ve tried to keep this as light-hearted as possible (I could go very deep on my own struggles with this, but I don’t want to trigger anyone by doing so) and provide useful tips for you that worked for me.
