From down and depressed to starting my own creative biz

 

Today I'm sharing with you a little glimpse into how and why I began drawing, and why it was one of the best things I ever did for overcoming mental health struggles and depression.

As mad as it sounds, I am grateful for going through my mental health issues as it's led me to pushing my comfort zone and achieving personal growth that I truly never expected. Not only am I stronger person for it, I’m now more motivated than ever to help others.
